Q: HOW DO I GET NOTIFICATIONS AND LINKS TO THE EPISODES AS THEY AIR?
It's a great idea to be signed up for notifications. That way you'll never risk missing an episode.
The ideal way is via SMS text of Facebook Messenger since email is such a busy place. Click the link below to get set up for notifications:
If you prefer email, all you have to do is fill your email address at the link below and we'll drop you a line when the next episode is available.
That said, email providers have made it tough to get notifications through sometimes. We'd recommend the TEXT or MESSENGER options above and remember to add info@timeofthesixthsun.com to your safe-senders list.
Q: WHAT TIME ZONE WILL THE EPISODES AIR IN?
Each episode airs at 8:00 pm UK GMT.
We had so many requests to keep access to the movie open that it will now stay online until 8.00pm Friday 3rd May.
The docuseries episodes will be online for 24 hours each from the equivalent of 8.00 pm UK GMT in your time zone. To translate into your own time zone, you can use a tool like:https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

The movie will be available for 72 hours and each episode will be available for 24 hours online for you to watch, then we will take it down to put up the next episode. Don't worry, we'll send you a reminder before each episode is live with with direct link to watch.
Q: WHY ARE THE EPISODES UP FOR ONLY 24 HOURS?
The episodes are only 44 - 86 minutes long and each one will be up for 24 hours before being replaced. That way people watch them. If we leave them all up all the time, less people will watch as there's too much choice. ;-)
Q: I'M HAVING TOUBLE GETTING THE VIDEO TO PLAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
1. The fastest way is to reboot your device. Either restart it, or power down and power back up again. Usually this fixes issues.
2. First, try a hard refresh. If you have a PC, please press (at the same time) CTRL + SHIFT + R. If you're on a Mac, please press (at the same time) Command + SHIFT + R.
3. It you're using Internet Explorer, please make sure you have the latest version downloaded and installed. I.E. 6.0 is not supported by many websites.
4. Try a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
5. Check your internet connection. As we're streaming you need a good connections. You might want to plug in an ethernet cable.
6. You may need to update your flash player. Here's where you can do that:
7. Make sure your sound is on and turned all the way up. Also make sure you haven't muted the video in the browser window.
8. Make sure the date and time are correct.
Q: CAN I STREAM THE CONTENT ONTO MY TV?
The answer is yes. There are several device that allow you to do this.
